  1. Eat healthy foods, don’t eat shit and get moving. Walking 3/4/5 miles daily and eating fresh home cooked meals with nutritional ingredients will destroy your fat and you’ll lose weight. It’s really simple. Use more energy than you consume

  2. I was obese and lost weight. Personally, I jumped head first to college club sports. It's not hard. Sure, it's a big change, and that change is hard. But the tonal shift in my day to waking up early to practice six days a week was what made me able to lose weight. I think the big issue is it's hard to lose weight. Once you lose it, it's easy to keep it down. I still eat a pint of icecream in one go. I just do it once. My father meanwhile has had a pint of ice cream every other day this past week. But throwing yourself into a major tonal shift makes it easier to start weight loss and rebuild the behavioral patterns. Going to college in my late 20s gave me a whole new habit pattern
