If a person finally gets fed up and is dead serious, they can go on a keto diet and lose 100lbs in 6 months… I know because I just did it, and I'm now running trails I could barely hike last year. Not going to lie, forcing yourself to workout while fasting is rough at first but it gets better after the first month. Do it before you get trapped with a bad heart and diabetes…
