Stay away from bread/carbs, eat protein heavy meals, hydrate and exercise everyday. Do this and it’s hard to stay fat.

Decades of medical advice has led to the obesity epidemic, high carb low fat advice.
From how i see it, theyre a bunch of food addicts that are addicted to eating a lot. So telling them to stop eating a lot is as useless as telling a smoker to stop smoking. Because both of them will most likely still be addicted to their addiction even though you kept telling them its not good for their health
This is simply not true. If it was then the entire world would be exhibiting this phenomenon.
