you will never know the truth about PEDs in sports because men and women who are professionals or world class amateurs will never admit to it. Because you will forever be cast as a fraud and cheater now matter how good you were. to anyone who understands or has used, its prevalence is blatantly obvious. The modern NFL and NBA wouldnt even be possible without PEDs. Look at the size of these men, look at the speed these huge men can run, the endurance at these body types they exhibit. They have blown past what is possible as humans genetically and its not advli, creatine and whey protein. Wake up. And Joe feigns ignorance which is laughable. Competitive BJJ is dominated by steroids. Joe himself has been on TRT AKA steroids for years but pretends to know very little about their use. Okay sure.
