REM sleep is to process stress, fears etc. Thats obvious to me. Or to get clear on your lifes dreams/goals/desires
when you are an insomniac like me you do realise just how little sleep you can function on.
That testosterone and muscle thing mentioned in the end, Arnold Schwarzenegger only sleeps 6h/day and encourages that! Anyhow it might be an exception! 🤷♂️
What about the feeling where you're like falling off a building that wakes you up thinking you fell?
Is it safe to say you can go back to sleep without the fear of having "bangungot or deadly nightmare" when having sleep paralysis?
How about those who claim to be travelling through lucid dreaming?
