  1. Ive been sleeping 6hrs or so since 2004. Ive never had issues with being awake. Im curious to see why is this. Id just gradually stay awake and eventually my body adapted to 6ish hours. Idk if its healthy but ive never had something internally tell me it wasnt. Very curious to see whats going on inside my brain bec i have no issue with sex drive, motivation, energy etc.

    while stage 4 deep sleep is the physically restorative & healthy phase.

    The human mind is not designed to remember dreams. REM Stage sleep can be considered the emotional clearing house of the mind. If you dwell on a dream when you awaken you’ll remember fragments, but dreams are not intended to go into long term memory despite the plethora of dream books & journals on Amazon.
