Interesting. I am sleeping from just after sunset to 3 am (03:20 now) and then again from 1 pm to 4 pm. I have been concerned, but now see that I have slipped into a natural sleep cycle for the past 2 years, according to this. It doesn't feel right to me, but that's when I crash.
I've found that meditation has dramatically improved my sleep
