  1. I run 16.5 miles a day, but I don’t support anyone looking this sucked up and unhealthy. This is more of dopamine addiction with these guys, rather a love for running. Make sure you’re doing your fasted runs, however you have to adequately eat to supplement your body after these runs or you’ll find yourself in a caloric deficit all of the time and looking like this guy.

  2. After about 27 miles you go to a different place in your mind, it’s a weird feeling. You don’t need to be the fittest or fastest to get to that place. It’s like free therapy.
