03:50 Trust me Joe, it's nothing in particular what makes an ultra runner, do that run again. Nothing special there. They all do that shit only from their narcissism! They love attention. Imagine if there is no attention giving to them, no social medias, no news, no TV, no cell phones, no watches, no STRAVA. They wouldn't do that run, because there is not a single thing that would make you feel good on that run, despite the attention from other people. They all say that " i am running to beat my self or my PR" but that's what they hide behind their true intention. Statistics say that only 0.03 percent of the U.S. population participates in ultra events. Let's sat that these numbers are more or less the same with the statistics all around the world. Anyways, ultrarunners LOVE to see their self on that 0.03%. Runners are the most narcissist people on earth. At least, elite ultra runners get a pay check. They turned that crazy shit into a business, which i think they have at least a good reason to run that much.
