  1. I'm considering doing some sort of a keto diet, but man I'll tell you, that guy doesn't have enough body mass, and he doesn't look healthy. Maybe he's doing it too extreme. But he needs more body mass, that's clear.

  2. Constipation and fat were my results on keto 😂 Now I’m eating the way I was before, at my optimal level of fitness/shape, and feeling a lot better. Low fat , barely any dairy
