  2. I've been on keto for 3 years now. I've tried carb cycling as well as jumping off keto and back on experimenting on my self. I simply don't work well with carbs. When I'm on full keto my appetite is up my energy is high and endurance through the roof. Here recently I broke ketosis with heavy watermelon binge and my body just felt very lethargic. I expected the opposite since I was preparing for a heavy training session.
