Ain't nothing against vegetarians, but dont ask me to cook two meals and we'll be on good terms.
Keto is for epilepsy. It can be ok for some diabetics but keto is otherwise just a fad.

I've been on keto for 3 years now. I've tried carb cycling as well as jumping off keto and back on experimenting on my self. I simply don't work well with carbs. When I'm on full keto my appetite is up my energy is high and endurance through the roof. Here recently I broke ketosis with heavy watermelon binge and my body just felt very lethargic. I expected the opposite since I was preparing for a heavy training session.
