Never slept a full night in my life… Not hyperbole
I tried going off ADHD meds since I have been on them for years, only to realize why I am not like these people who take them to clean or cram homework. It keeps me from hyper focusing which I would abandon my family and life in a heartbeat if I was hyper focused on something that made more sense at the time than being married. It has a grounding effect which it does not do for people who don’t have ADHD. So they can’t understand. Drink caffeine or take an ice bath. Bruh, if I stop taking it, I could carve the statue of David and tune out the world.

The difference is that when I take Ritalin I can just go to sleep 😀 please don't talk about something you don't know shit about. Even if I sleep I still have the symptoms. Don't take advice from people who use iligal drugs that are not prescribed for them
