Is 6 and a half ok then?
I've been sleeping on 4 hours for 3 years…well fuck
6 hours of sleep is fine… The most optimal day would involve waking at 5am, working out at 6am, eating a huge meal at 7am, fasting all day and going about your business, cardio at 7pm, and sleeping at 10pm.
