  1. Bro, dont listen to these guys talking bout you NEED a minimum of 7 hours. Bruh i get 6 hours and im energized as fuck, everyones body is different. My dad is used to getting 5 hours of sleep for 25-30 years+ and hes living happy with no diseases and or mental health issues.   2. As usual currently once again now I can't sleep at all & decided to watch this…oh yeah right I should mention I work fulltime swing shifts at a lock down Dementia unit of mostly elders. For years now. Seriously. Not kidding.
