Sleep is important – love this channel and understanding that this vid is about 4 yrs old but a subsequent/recent vid of JRE highlighted a study showing the Amyoid has never been formally linked to Alzheimer's. The original study of 2006 was doctored for bias towards this "finding"
The amyloid theory is not 100%
We are sleeping less and Alzheimer's is becoming more common…
