I'm Al about hunting and know several guys who go to Africa for different game. Not one wakes up and says we have to go help this village get food. Lol, they don't say let's go keep the poachers out. I don't care if you go, but don't use the excuse you doing it for Africa. You want to help em send the village a couple 800 dollar rifles and 500 rounds. The money goes to the rich in Africa. It is not legal hunting that is harming conservation. It's poaching.

I don't see an issue with trophy hunting as long as you're actually using the whole animal and not wasting it.
