I think that the scoring system can be improved. Have the early rounds be worth less and progress to more points per round. Round 1. 5-4 Round 2. 6-4 Round 3. 7-5 Round 4. 8-5 Round 5. 9-6 Etc. The numbers can be adjusted, but you get the point. Later rounds are worth more points.
All judges should deffinitely be martial artists.
