I am aa Christian and I experienced sleep paralysis. What’s fascinating is Every time I’m trying to cast them out in Jesus name I am losing my Voice. It’s so hard to speak it but I always wake up and I know that God is with me that’s why I was able to wake up.
I've had sleep paralysis. But no pressure on my chest. No sleep involved but definitely paralysis and a evil voice in my head until I thought the name of Jesus.
