I read "they" feed off the energy of chaos and fear.
When it comes to the funding of these projects, there will always be funding available,for the simple fact that there is a thing that exists called "black budget",the black budget is literally a separate budget that exists within the normal national and military budget where money from all facets of all the budgets combined,is deviated to this single source that has no oversight by either the senate or congress. I saw a video of either a senate or congress hearing where they were discussing the price of things bought by the military from certain companies,and the person asking the questions grabbed a bag of bushings and asked the man if he knew how much it cost,he then Said that bag of normal metal bushings cost i'm gonna say 200$ just to give an example,but the military was paying 90,000$ for that same bag… What do i mean by bringing This up? That single item is bringing in almost 90k into that black budget,now try to picture all of the things the military buys from all Over the place, and now just try to picture everything being overpriced to an absurd extent like this bag of bushings… catch what i'm getting at? They are able to accumulate billions of dollars every single year, maybe even trillions,and divert it all to that black budget,and then use that cash to fund these programs and maintain them as they see fit. They don't need the government giving them money,and they don't fear some mediocre funding being taken, they can fund it themselves by using the very systems the government put in place to fund the military and Intelligence agencies black fundings to divert a ton of money for their own programs.
