  1. Man has been eating meat cooked over fire for 2,000,000 years and human DNA hasn't changed much in 250,000 years. In 1977 the USDA made the food pyramid, saying eat 6 to 10 servings of grains every day.🤔.. Humans clearly ate vegetables when available and fruit in the summers to fatten up for the long winter when food was scarce. Animals were everywhere and abundant, which is why I'm 90% Carnivore. The science shows that is most likely the appropriate diet.
