Yeah my dad taught me how to kick when i was a kid. I hated it because he had my standing next to a wall throwing my kicks in stages and holding them. After a few months i started kicking a bag and it was crazy

0:18 I’m pretty GSP is trying to say about the sparring partner moving to the side, is that it telegraphs the kick and he has to change it so they can’t see it and then it limits the power behind it.
