You can tell Joe is passionate about the arts. He gets excitable when talking about it
koreans learn hapkido for weakness from their country martial arts. just FYI oh and military style trainings for 2+ years their men has to go. most ufc/mma fighters can't fight when lives are on the line without rules.
real taekwondo teaches you jump spin kicks for powers. it's not that hard as long as you practice and stretch. it's all about learning it and putting your time in.
my favorite was fake low kick for one whole body spin into mid to high kicks. felt good when you land head with 360+ spin power kicks.
George’s comes from fine stock. You’d be hard pressed to find a man of his courage from France right now. All of the real Frenchmen died in wars over the last couple centuries. That’s why the Yanks figure they’re limp wristed. French Canadian is not to be fucked with.
They cook good too there.
Imagine saying to GSP “We’ll go to the gym and I’ll give you a refresher”. He’s one of the greatest martial artists to have ever lived but he’s so damn humble and always wants to learn.
