By the way there's a stew very commonly made on the regular in ikaria, Greece is that I make every 3 weeks and freeze portions and have it at least once every other day it's full of different sorts of beans and green vegetables and yellow vegetables and no oil but pretty much anything else you want to, throw in there including a whole grain pasta quinoa or brown rice

  3. I was vegan for almost 7 years and suddenly started have bought dog extreme exhaustion and day time tiredness. Went from never needing naps to absolutely having to have a nap one or two times a day. Started eating eggs and it helped reduce the tiredness. I do believe vegan is the healthiest, but still trying to figure out the best way to do low carb diet. Absolutely will never again eat meat, it makes me sick with severe anemia and I do not absorb iron from it.
