Three countries would dominate imo: Russia, US and Brazil
just pankration it was a original discipline in the ancient games its a shame it isnt already back. Basically everything allowed esides eye gauging and biting. If you want to make viewer friendlier at helmets and ban ground pummeling with elbows and kicks and off we go.
MMA will never be in the Olympics. Not for many years at least. It's just too niche & controversial at present. Bloodsport tag. Cage fighting.
I wouldn't like it if they did mostly because as soon as this happened, the Olympics would put in so many rules. You can look at Judo, they can't do many throws that have to do with the legs. The reason is because they fear that it's to close to wrestling.
It will happen. The sport is rapidly growing in popularity.
