I went to Rosarita beach Mexico recently,heavily armed federal troops in convoys cruising the streets.The Pemex oil refinery spewing something that made my throat burn & the local police giving you grief,just for their bribe,s,now legitimized thru their traffic tickets.
Only reason you don't need a passport to enter Cali is because Mexicans are too scared to speak Spanish outside the home but not Cubans. Sorry but Spanish was spoken in Florida centuries before English. People might think Miami is another country but what you don't realize is despite all the stereotypes latin people here thrive & there's nothing you can do about it. Give me a break Joe like Italian‐Americans have totally different customs compared to other Euro-decendants.
