As a vegan, I’ll admit a lot of us are insufferable, self righteous pricks. But as Joe suggests, most of use are kind, normal people. The goal of eating vegan is not to do no harm it is to minimize it.
I think Joe is saying self righteous tribalism is bad, which I would agree with, but don’t let the existence of self righteous assholes prevent you from doing what’s right.
