Cyanocobalamin is used in Europe. After learning about the damage it does I checked all the supplaments at home, containing B complex and they all contained the synthetic version of B12. Including the children's multivitamins, which I've been given them for years. After I tried to replace the supplaments I found that it was impossible to find multivitamins containing the natural form of B12. I now buy Methylcobalamin separately and I stopped using multivitamins.
