The minute you give people the ability to deny their own responsibility in a situation, based on intoxication… You are also giving them the freedom to DO anything, and then “change their minds” AFTER THE FACT.
If you are not responsible for your actions while intoxicated…. You absolutely MUST be responsible for ensuring that you NEVER get intoxicated.
