  1. Ya know what? I am not willing to call Hadley wrong on the "Was Jesus married to someone" question, while here on earth. Used to be, in fact, right up to hearing this guy speak, I have always been one who would immediately berate someone for saying such a thing. But there are a number of very interesting questions raised in my own mind. 1. Firstly, I don't believe He did bethroth/marry anyone, BUT, 2, Zen has a number of ancient texts on the site that talk about the trinity, that the Holy Spirit itself was understood by the ancients to be a feminine entity. And mankind were created in the image of God – Let Us make man in Our image. 3. Seems to me that IF Jesus did indeed betroth/marry someone, it most certainly would be a very closely held secret as Jesus knew the absolute mayhem that would ensue if people knew. I mean, think about what would have been done to a woman betrothed to Him if people found out. The questions raised by Hadley about why Magdalene was always around at the critical junctures surrounding the crucifixion and resurrection, and also the cultural practices of the time when she anointed his head/feet, speak volumes as well. 4. Why does Satan have or want or need a wife? And does Satan not copy, or at least miserably try to copy, everything God does? 5. Hmm… I was Never willing to consider such a notion as even possible before … none of the books of the bible nor the ancient texts I've come across where Jesus Himself speaks about marriage, say that He did or, even more curiously, did not marry or become betrothed while here on earth. 6. Still, why would He bother to marry anyone having come here to fulfill the 5,500 years promise to Adam. Spiritually, the body of Jesus is the believers; the bride of Christ is the Church. They do not marry nor are they given in marriage in heaven though. Anyway, it is a most interesting discussion. I can think about it without being disgusted or upset. 7. In one of The Great Commission books, Jesus tells one of His apostles literally that "… VIRGINITY IS BEST." Therefore, in opposition to Hadley's argument, why then would Jesus not choose what is best and remain a virgin Himself while here on earth? Nah, I don't think He betrothed or married. Very, very interesting subject though.
