I would have to say the spirit of worry is a challenge for me. praying without ceasing is about the only solution when it gets bad. I work in a public school … hostile work environments these days. One teacher expressed hate and rage toward the families of the church I attend. I'm not sure if she did it as a direct insult or not. I didn't respond … was more shocked. I have prayed for her … and will continue to do so. I don't remember where it is in the Bible, but we are commanded to pray for those that have ill intent toward us … love, not return the hate.

When I start to worry, I say Satan be gone! I walk with the Lord Jesus Christ! Over and over til the worry is gone!
