This is some good advice. I heard about him but I never watched his fights but I like him because he admitted to being a scaredy cat in his fights but he learned how to manage his fear because you can’t get rid of it. I’m the same way I’m scared before any altercation but courage is when you are scared but go through with it anyways. I’m a watch his fights now
Okay this saved me after 2 years I didnt compete yesterday I was fighting and i was forcing the shots and lost via sub because I was forcing everything out. But what GSP said okay I dont care
