Coal is lowest cost mean to produce electricity………..in large amounts…..when needed……this moron should stick to talking about rocks in sky
Do you not think that corporations don't understand that if everything is automated and no one has jobs, then there will be NO ONE to buy their products? It's silly to act as if these intelligent, business savvy leaders don't understand that they all have to employ humans in order to have humans buy their services or products. Either they will find a way to keep employing enough humans in order to have enough consumers in the market, or we will implement a basic income for everyone. It's not as there's some other alternative.
6:05 Agreed. Nobody asked me if I wanted a self-driving car. Nobody asked me if I wanted to drive my car on a road full of self-driving cars. Driving is one of life's greatest pleasures! And even if I have the ability to drive my internal combustion car as long as I want (and I doubt it), can you imagine what enthusiast driving would be like on a road full of robots? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FAvQSkK8Z8U
Old people still think like its 1985… Fuk off..
God damnit Joe is an idiot some times. The guest is making a point about the health risks of doing a profession versus the societal risks to eliminating a profession and Joe's response is "we need to teach children to be more creative" yikes big time yikes
