Individualism must be nice when you have a 400 year head start in the American race to prosperity. It's not just a head start. Well, put your self in the shoes of an African American child living in the inner city with sub-par education, none of his parents, grand parents, great-grandparents have gone to college and there is no roadmap and say that.
