Joe is talking about Marshall arts, that is rich privilege for you. Who has the time to look like Joe, or the body to tolerate all the steroids that most people that look like that use. It isn't useful. Even the military is mostly desk jockeys, only 4% see combat. What is the actual cost of getting a six pack, if you aren't born with a disposition that way? A PHD? if you put the same effort into studying. Not sure which is more useless at this point.
Monogamy worked for thousands of years, and men were no prize in the looks department. And while there are plenty of good looking older people, it is generally in the sense of "looks great for 60". A lot of people loose their looks in their 20s. When monogamy is in place people fall in love, and basically settle. The standards required of people these days are unrealistic, and driven by vanity. The good news is the people who buy into this, generally don't reproduce. I am not suggesting a roll back. Pretty unusual that "progress" completely reverses, but maybe a societal collapse where being fat was being prosperous would change things, again.
Feels like this segment was a lot of mental masturbation and talking at people.
All these guys know is adversity and getting punished for trying, meanwhile gurus tell them to man up and lift more weights.
