    NOT all of us can Big AND Ripped.

    I can get totally shredded with just 12-16 weeks of diet. Drop from 185 to abot 150 (at 6' 0")and I'm at about 8% body fat and fucking **shredded**.

    I've done it about a dozen times in near 40 years of adulthood while training for Marathons. The equation is pounds times miles. I can't change the miles, they're fixed at 26.2. Dropping 35 pounds I can cruise 30 to 45 seconds per mile faster with the same training/effort.

    I'd rather be 185 and shredded, though …

  2. Im endomorph. I lift even a few weights and i gain muscles that stay for years. Im 40 almost and havent hit the gym in like 15 years i never lost the muscle. And if i do like 20 pushups a day my chest gets huge and my arms.
