  1. Theres a huge difference between training to maintain physique and training to build muscle physique. The dude in this video is likely ripped af, but he isnt likely trying to get bigger. I want muscle mass and a bit of calorie burning which you get in that process. For me in my medical and mental situation this is just right for me but I genuinely make sure I balance physical exercise with mental so plenty of actual political debates and philosophy debates and lectures. Work hard, study well, eat and sleep plenty.

  2. For BJJ this method works perfectly, as it builds muscle memory through the more repetitions you do in total across a period of time. But for bodybuilding, your progress is definitely dependent on how far you take yourself into your max RPE

  3. I've tried this for almost a year now..and I agree..not as sore, but good gains in size and strength..im 52 and I can't move around sore..lol..I ll hit the gym fir 3 days straight..take a break for 2 days..and I can increase weight pretty easy..im going to show my son's this ..
