I think this is great for ppl who have a problem with consistently going to the gym, but i personally love training to failure
I'm stuck on a Pullups plateau of 15.
I'm on a dilemma whether I should do Pullups daily in less intensity or High intensity Pullups with rests in between.

Pushing your body till muscles are sore gives a much greater stimules for the muscles to grow!
I've tried both undertraining and training till failure.
