  1. start with whatever you can do before your breathing changes. 5 push ups 5 situps 5 bodyweight squats 5 10 pound dumbell curls etc. if you just do that in literally like 5-10 mins each day you will be shocked on how quickly you can get out of fat to fit. building on top of a fit body is the hard part. 2/3s of your fat will just delete itself in a few months if you just go on basic 10-20 min walks and do a couple reps of bodyweight stuff. anytime you cant sleep or your anxious just do enough to get your heart rate to change. went from a 198 lb alcoholic at 19 to 150 super lean cant even look at sugar now. also a good vitamin regimen will make you feel like your cheating by how good you feel. and once you start to feel the best youve felt in years youll get addicted to figuring out what other sups you can take what ginger shot what black seed oil blah blah blah. almost too many things to take. also look into probiotics and look up sugar craving bacteria in stomach
