Me being mentally ill. i’ve felt some of the lowest emotions a human can feel as i had an MDD. i’ve always been a animated person who craves making people laugh or even smile. i would consider myself good at acting because of the range of emotions i’ve felt. playing an insane person wouldn’t be too hard because i’ve genuinely felt it before.
Joe is actually criticising actors but eventually he tried to become one but he couldn't , I mean no offense but Arnold did it for fame and money and he keep saying this in his interviews and if you practice anything for long enough eventually you will fall in the process of that thing.
This is also the same in the world of music, not all but many aspiring young performers/artists/composers I met at uni didn’t genuinely love music first and foremost, they were insecure and narcissistic and saw it as a potential path to fame and attention – a friend of mine was obsessed with the idea of turning up to Carnegie Hall in a limo wearing a tuxedo greeted by paparazzi
