What I find fascinating is that when I was rocking black parachute pants in 6th grade (Thanks Mom! – they were like $30) and getting into Ninjas via AWMA (Asian World of Martial Arts) magazine (I was 12 and owned a full head to toe Ninja Gi, except for the Tabi boots ($129), I had the Tabi Slippers ($39) and even wore those to school lol), soon after I was wearing pink shirts and rolling up the sleeves of my off-white cotton suit jacket, ala Miami Vice (which I never saw a single episode of) and listening to the Wham! "Make it Big" album, and wanting nothing more than to be behind the wheel of a Guards Red Porsche 911… finally my sense of style was coalescing into something truly AWESOME… If anyone has watched Boogie Nights, I was basically Dirk Diggler without the giant cock and TWELVE, maybe THIRTEEN YEARS OLD lol. Nothing has really changed since… I have owned one Porsche 911, one Porsche 986, still love listening to George Michael sing, and still have a major affinity for all things hot pink and teal green. You fuckers have no idea what you missed out on lol.
