  1. They say men make more "wages" which is true men are expected to take care of their families, while most women, work for themselves needing less income, or working part-time alot less hours. So if a man and women work the same job at the same rate they are paid equal. What these gap mythers argue is that since the man make more overall that women are somehow discriminately cheated. This isn't the company paying less or the man being paid more, but women choosing a lighter work load. Women are responsible for their own gap. If employers could pay women less for the same work, only women would get hired. More men are held financially responsible for taking care of their families than women. Women can collect child support, and welfare not needing to work, and most women In the work force are either single or married women who part time not to support the family, but have extra income to cushion their spouses income. Yes if men work more they will gross more, that's not a societal injustice, and guess what based on wages no one will ever make the same and someone will always make less. It's all down to how much work you put in, which is how it should be. If you take out all the part-time women, and just go to men and women who are both head of household and the main earners, they make equal wages. When you seperate, full-time, part-time, and primary earner, wages are equal. They mix it all together to get a figure that on its face seems sexist, when reality it's an agenda made by blurring facts, with zero explanation.

  2. This myth is because one study stated the average female makes less then the average male.

Well why is that? Company? Job type? Age? Experience? Education? Time with employer? Willingness to accept a wage or fight for a little more? Probably 100 other factors!

Median income based on sex alone is just a lie. And anyone with a brain should be able to see that! This is basically the arguement for a universal income and no matter what you do we all get paid the same. Sorry no. A 18 year old girl droping frys at BK shouldnt be making the same as an 18 year guy who is an apprentice linesman hanging power lines in New Orleans after a hurricane. But the wage difference between the two in the wage gap is based souly on gender not the type of work! F off!

  3. It's interesting how I've never heard feminists bring up the fact that men make up over 90% of workplace fatalities. Could it possibly be because they really couldn't care less about men's issues?

  4. This is how I explain the "wage gap" (aka, the average income difference) simply.
Everything you see around you that was constructed by labourers was at least 80% done by man. 80% is probably being generous too. Majority of them work full time and don't have time off to have baby's. . .
