Fun fact men are more likely do to more High risk jobs than women… how would you feel if you put your life on the line every day only to be paid the same as a secretary? (Note im full gender equality but the feminist movement is uh a little useless at the moment except in a few cases but most of it is radical women deserve more power than men)
I've heard women preaching 'Wage Gap' for 15 years now, but if you work significantly less hours, then you can expect significantly less pay, no matter your gender.
Women work on average 76% as much as men, per week, nationwide. This results in a 76% "Pay Gap".
This isn't a pay gap, this is women working less hours, which results in less pay. If you want to be paid equally, then work the same amount of time as the men around you.
The saddest part about this is that I used a high-school level of Math to figure that out in less than 3 minutes.
Why have women been pushing around a statistic like that for 15 years? Can you not bother to do 3 minutes of algebra before pushing around a false statistic for half your life?

Hello peasants, just walked by 4 yrs later to tell you that I made the math and women get paid 2.88% less than men. I didn't take in count all the other variables used when doing rigorous calculations, so I just made the math on hours worked and wages. It was very simple. I cracked it. You're welcome guys.
