Anyone going through these suicidal thoughts stop going on a negativity trail. As someone who was suicidal for a very very long time there is light at the end of the tunnel. I did not have any friends and a messed up family and childhood so i literally had no one to turn to except myself. I got through it and i can tell it would have been smarter to try and reach out to others and realising i am not alone. Being alone for long term is not healthy. Also do some weed before binging on alcohol if anyone is taking substances to numb their emotional pain. Alcohol can kill you if taken in excessive amounts.

Feeling severely depressed to the point of feeling Sui cidal, is terrifying. Throw in regular insomnia and no appetite for food and it’s truly a living nightmare.
