  1. It's simple. Don't take it all the time. Contrary to bs on forums, sites, etc. 2-3grams is SOLID amount of leaf powder, jeebus khrist! Years back I read 5g. is good amount, so of course "Hey I'll do 7g." I'll skip details, but eventually caused me probs…for a long time.

    Now I have one session as a tasty Kratom Mocha (in place of after work brewskie) – and it's great. Like coffee with a twist. Work physical job, helps body recover. Boosts mood. Great appetite suppressant, no weird Rx required. I used to be at 225lbs, now just 185.

    But, yeah some will do multiple huge amounts…every day. Then, like the old me, be up to 15 or more grams/day. This is a problem for vast majority. I have zero probs for my 3g. daily drink. Hardly a buzz per se, just energy/mood elevation. Cool thing is if that's what you seek, doing more (say 5g.) those feel-goods are actually dampened. It's b/c plant also has brain receptor antagonist that become prominent with increased doses.

    Anywho, like alcohol… drink or two can be pretty great for many. Sucking down a whole bottle, not so much.

  2. Kratom is fucking disgusting, half the time I ever tried to even do it id just gag from how gross it tasted and throw it up… and the other half i got it down you literally feel nothing…….. just go smoke weed like a normal person.
