Saying there is no such thing as a bad trip is false. You can learn from bad trips, but i would say if you hurt someone or yourself or you gained nothing but PTSD from that trip, it was a bad trip! Going through the normal mechanics of the trip and getting scared is not a bad trip, a bad trip is when bad things happen in reality during the trip, some caused by the trip or others just happenstance, but it is possible. If nothing bad happened and you learned, yeah thats not a bad trip. If you trip and then spend 2 years getting professional help, you probably had a bad trip.🤷
