NFL TACKLE- no arms in the tackle ie in rugby you must ''bind'' your arms around the tackle cant just bounce people off and most important rugby tackle is like a double leg takedown baisically you must go low you will be penailsed for going high in a rugby tackle
Thats why rugby is much safer- there more all around athletes and the requirement of the tackle is completely different.
