There should be a waiver done. A legal contract stating "I ____ am willing and knowingly ingesting Fentanyl, and if i die it is due from MY NEGLECT ONLY" people drink the rotten urine of a microbe called alcohol. If they die of liver disease. That is THERE FAULT. You dont see the liquor companies getting arrested or prosecuted
I knew an anesthetist that used to keep the fentanyl he was supposed to dispose of post op. He was notorious for using balanced narcotic anesthesia (fentanyl/versed) and his patients woke up during surgery pretty often due to being under dosed. He overdosed and died, nobody was surprised. That was in the early 1980’s.
The problem is that somehow after we left Afghanistan, our streets were flooded with fentanyl instead of heroin like literally, I mean it was here before, but it came through with a vengeance. You can’t even find heroin anymore. Government control.
