I'm a decently liberal person but I don't believe in gun restrictions perse, we should increase gun manufacturing standards to make them more technologically advanced because as much as everyone wants to stop mass shootings if we could stop people from accidentally shooting themselves we'd cut gun deaths by a 3rd, imagine passing a law that all gun manufacturers must create guns that are finger print activated so no one else can undo the safety except the family member or police force prints you program into it, give manufacturers grants to do so, and create a tax incentive for consumers so there is a compensation making up for the price increase for safety features increasing the market for manufactures further incentiving manufacturers to make smarter guns, its kinda like how even a baby in a tank is a threat to no one because there's not just one big button that goes boom seems like that would be good for everyone, even if you dont like the that particular safety feature I think incentiving manufacturers and consumers to buy smarter weapons is the future since your not infringing on the 2nd amendment by restricting any one type of weapon simply increasing safety manufacturing standards of all.
How is it that dodging the draft seems to make you a rich powerful republican. Cheney, Trump, Nugent, Bush with his "texas air guard." I just wish this coward would APOLOGIZE once and for all to the 50K+ American soliders who died in that war and the 100's who were maimed and forever destroyed.
