Cleaning your room is something anyone should be able to do, but you can go even lower. Watching series or reading books you've been holding off instead of scrolling on social media endlessly, going to bed and waking up at a consistent time, trying a new or old hobby. Doing literally anything that makes you say "I'm glad I did that" with consistency is an improvement.
