Psychiatric drugs are a lot of the reason they were having the problems they were having Amazing how many people you see in Public broadcasting and you have no idea how many people are on these damn drugs. Psch drugs. I just started the carnivore diet with about 15 people from our church. Don’t really have a lot of health problems but I do have problems, regulating my sugar with hypoglycemia, and I have low energy a some times. For me personally, I don’t think this is a lifelong diet one should stay on. As Joe keeps saying you’re missing too many important nutrients, but it is a good thing to do for 3 to 6 months as a detox and then stay off the sugar and carbs and of course if need be go back to it every couple of years for 4-6 months.
